Throughout history, cities have become a metaphor for better living conditions, and the diversity of (urban) processes historically originating from sophisticated urban strategies of territorial occupation have generated different urbanization patterns, public policies, and governance strategies. In this context, the workshop The Multi-scalarity of Urbanization: Between the Diaper and the Dwelling is structured around the following axes: the right to the city, the right to housing, and the right to citizenship.
