Punctual Project 2 was one of the three urban rehabilitation areas in Alto de Bomba that enabled the connection of the entire region to the nearest existing urban infrastructure.

It is located at the center of the hydrographic basin that links Alto de Bomba to the Cova area and constitutes a key point where the main connections to the first street of the structural project are established. Accordingly, this project focused primarily on the construction of access routes connecting different elevations; the implementation of stormwater drainage receivers intended to serve future drainage systems at higher elevations; and, finally, the construction of retaining walls and paved surfaces which currently ensure improved mobility and stronger connections to the surrounding consolidated urban fabric.
