Covada de Bruxa, unlike Alto de Bomba and Fernando de Pó, is a more isolated area. It is located within a hydrographic basin at the end of the Bela Vista neighborhood and is entirely lacking urban infrastructure. In this case, given its position within a “natural amphitheater,” the central area holds great significance and is widely used for games such as football, basketball, uril, cards, or balizinhas.
Accordingly, the strategy focused on providing the area with infrastructure, as well as enhancing this central space as a hub for cultural and sports activities, which are typically supported by the actions of the local association.
