Project Punctual 3, unlike the other punctual projects, not only consolidates existing access routes and streets but also introduces an intermediate street that enables the connection between the Cavoc Brumedje area and the basketball court and public water reservoir developed under Project Punctual 1.

As this is the steepest and most densely occupied area of the site, the intervention required extensive negotiation between the Outros Bairros technical team and local residents in order to create public spaces capable of relieving density in areas where further occupation was anticipated. As a result, despite the current potential for densification through vertical expansion of the built fabric, the area is now equipped with qualified collective public spaces, infrastructure, and paved surfaces.
