Punctual 1 Project was one of the three urban rehabilitation areas in Alto de Bomba that enabled the connection of the entire region to the nearest existing urban infrastructure.

The area is located between the current Praça Nho Jon—formerly an agricultural plot, now transformed into a public square—and the basketball court, a place historically used by local youth for playing basketball and by the wider community for accessing water from the public reservoir.

The project involved the construction of access routes connecting the lower and intermediate elevations; the promotion of micro-sociability through the rehabilitation of collective spaces (squares, open areas, and the basketball court); and the paving of approximately 1,500 m² of streets that had previously been unpaved dirt roads.
